They Have it “Figured Out”

By Jessica Hart

moonstone., a Dallas based band, brings together energetic beats, pop vocals, and emotional lyrics to create a sad-pop synergy. Their newly released single, "Figured Out," delves into the theme of “self-reliance, hyper-independence and defiance that comes with it”, as described by lead vocalist Gracie Armendariz. As the third parent, the eldest daughter, the themes really resonated with me. When it starts to become difficult to ask others for help because you are so used to doing it on your own.

Having already released a few other tracks, moonstone. is gearing up to drop more hits in the future. Catch them live at Dallas, TX's "So What?! Festival" on Saturday, June 1st, where they'll share the stage with artists like Underoath, 3OH!3, Boys Like Girls, and more. It looks like moonstone. truly has it all figured out.
